About Us
Heart of Presence is the co-creation of Miriam Kislak and Adam Sippola, a married couple living and working in Basel, Switzerland. They offer relational presence, therapeutic skill, soul guidance, and embodied wisdom to support the healing, growth, and integration of individuals, couples, groups, and organisations.
Rooted in love and devotion to wholeness and consciousness, their partnership creates a powerful relational field where truth and transformation naturally unfold.
With a shared background in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Relatefulness, Stillness Touch, and Transparent Communication, they honour each person’s inherent intelligence, wisdom and sovereignty, while embracing interdependence, collective intelligence and inter-sovereignty.
They bring a wide range of expertise and experience in bodywork, trauma therapy, soul journeying, relational mindfulness, conscious communication, parts and shadow work, inner child healing and re-parenting, group facilitation, and the creative arts.

In Heart of Presence, we encourage and support re-attunement to the inner compass of the heart to know what is true and aligned and right for us as each next step in life – as each next truth to feel and reveal. We support people to listen deeper into their hearts to know where to move in life and how to navigate what is present in their relationships, work, and being.
