About Us
Heart of Presence is a co-creation of Miriam Kislak and Adam Sippola, a married couple living, creating, and working out of Basel, Switzerland. They offer relational presence, therapeutic skill, soul inspiration, and embodied wisdom, supporting the growth, transformation, healing, and integration of individuals, couples, groups, and organizations. They help you discover the depth of connection and relationship you desire with yourself, others, and the world.
Adam and Miriam are devoted to embracing wholeness, the evolution of consciousness, inner union, and heart-centered, soul-oriented service through love. Together, their union as partners, lovers, and co-creators brings forth a potent relational field that welcomes and inspires truth to emerge layer after layer.
With a shared background in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Relatefulness, Miriam and Adam are aligned in a Way of Being that honors the inherent intelligence, wisdom, and sovereignty of each person’s bodyworld, and which also embraces interdependence, collective intelligence, and inter-sovereignty.
They bring a wide range of expertise and experience in bodywork, trauma therapy, soul journeying, relational mindfulness, conscious communication, parts work, shadow work, inner child healing and re-parenting, group facilitation, music, theater, dance, and writing.
They are here to guide and support you in your personal, relational, and transpersonal healing and wholeness.
In Heart of Presence, we encourage and support re-attunement to the inner compass of the heart to know what is true and aligned and right for us as each next step in life – as each next truth to feel and reveal. We support people to listen deeper into their hearts to know where to move in life and how to navigate what is present in their relationships, work, and being.
We invite a return to the simplicity of relating and the interconnectedness of being with all aspects and all parts that are present, visible and invisible, that are at work as we come together with each other to weave the threads of our being and becoming.
Heart of Presence Principles
Heart Presence – Alignment with the Essence of Love. Coming into midline awareness and resting in the heart as a bridge of intelligence in the body and a bridge of compassionate connection with others.
Creative Agency – Taking responsibility for our present experience and recognizing our power to shape it. Moving toward choice, freedom, and sovereignty while honoring the interdependent nature of our lives and acknowledging the ways others impact and shape our journey.
Interoception and Embodiment – Practicing body awareness, embodied transmission, and expressing the wisdom of the body. By tuning into the inner qualities, rhythms, and intelligence of the body, we deepen our connection to ourselves and the world around us, supporting grounded alignment with Life.
Curiosity and Attunement – Balancing openness and wonder with our desire to discover and learn as we tune in to the experiences of ourselves and others, exploring the known and unknown. As we attune, we allow our inner state to resonate with the inner state of others, deepening the possibility for understanding in connection.
Embracing Truth and Mystery – Welcoming the present moment as it is, while allowing the mysterious nature of reality to unfold. Honoring what’s true for us now and trusting the wisdom that arises through surrender and collective intelligence.
Staying in Relationship – Staying in observing, connective presence with what arises moment to moment in ourselves, each other, and in the shared relational space. This includes cultivating discernment in when and how to express ourselves, ensuring that our truth is shared in a way that honors and attunes to the relational dynamic.
Remembering Wholeness - Healing as the restoration and remembrance of an already present wholeness of being. By presencing experiences of fragmentation, absence, brokenness, numbness, or disconnection, healing can occur and wholeness remembered.
Living the Practice – Integrating the essence of these principles into our daily lives and relationships, allowing them to inform our choices, actions, and interactions.
